Very nice and cozy restaurant with much cheaper prices compared to other restaurants in the city. I`m not sure how it works - I guess during the day it is for students only but when we visited at dinner time, there were guests of all ages. There are waiters and even two robots assisting them. Food is tasty. I did not like the chicken soup only. Highly recommend. We visited without making a reservation.

As students we go here almost every day for coffee. It’s the best cappuccino around! The staff is friendly and the food is also good. The prices are reasonable especially the coffee!

Having discovered Academia early in our week's stay in Dubrovnik (3 of the 4 of us are vegan/veggie), we ate there four times. The veggie food was excellent, the service was friendly (shout out to Pero) and quick, and the food came in 10-15 mins. There was always plenty of space so no need to book or worry about getting a table. There was even a robot waiter the size of a person to keep you entertained between courses :) These were the cheapest meals we had during the whole week, so the Academia came out top for value for money. The fettucine, veggie steak (both pictured) and the mushroom risotto were really nice. Recommended.

Very tasty, rather cheap (compared to Dubrovnik prices), great staff, cozy atmosphere. Seats both inside and outside. I heard the pancakes are great. I really enjoyed the forest mushroom and truffle risotto. Seems like people love this place. Highly recommend. They also have an ice cream "shop".

I’ve visited Academia twice, and I absolutely love it! The food and ice cream are both really affordable and delicious. I’ve noticed that the ice cream portions can vary a bit, with the waitress often serving larger scoops than the waiter. So, if you’re in the mood for ice cream, I recommend asking for her. The service here is consistently excellent; the staff is friendly and attentive, which really enhances the experience. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, perfect for enjoying a casual meal. The quality of the food is impressive for the price you pay. Overall, it’s a wonderful spot for anyone looking for budget-friendly options!

Discovered this place by accident for dessert, but was completely worth it. Friendly service, nice cakes and the menu itself looks appealing. It is budget friendly in comparison to the other places in the town. Cool note: they have robot assistances which is just the cutest!
